As the community curator and anchor, FTS is opening the doors to a world-class digital and renewable energy network, ensuring that every stakeholder—from visionary startups to multi-generational growers—has the tools to thrive without the burden of "reinventing the wheel." This partnership is built on the principle of egoless collaboration, removing the technical and financial barriers that have historically fragmented the sector. By providing a curated, trusted pathway to digitalization and circular resource management, the initiative allows the community to focus on outcomes rather than infrastructure. The ecosystem will be fully operational at GreenTech Amsterdam (June 9-11), inviting the entire sector to join a unified space where knowledge, technology, and people grow in tandem.

Over the past year, the Siemens Xcelerator Community sat down with futurists, researchers, and innovation practitioners to explore how organizations can close the imagination gap and build genuine foresight capacity. Two themes emerged across every conversation: why most organizations struggle to envision futures that break from the status quo, and what it takes to build cultures where that kind of thinking becomes second nature.
