EIC Corporate Day with Siemens
An inspiring signal for what’s next in industrial innovation.
Together with the European Innovation Council (EIC), Siemens brought together leading EIC‑backed startups, industry experts, and decision‑makers on 12 May 2026. The pitches and open exchanges highlighted breakthrough solutions and created strong momentum for collaboration.
That momentum already started the night before at the Kick‑Off Evening hosted by Start2Group, where startups and ecosystem partners connected in an open, informal setting.
Thank you to all founders, partners, and contributors who shaped these inspiring moments. Let’s turn the conversations started here into concrete collaborations and real impact.
Participated startups
Blinkin (Germany) - Blinkin transforms complex, manual industrial workflows into intelligent, automated processes.
Ekkono (Sweden) - Ekkono does edge AI, i.e. embedded software that uses sensor data to make physical things smart, predictive and self-learning.
EYE4NIR (Italy) - EYE4NIR is developing an image sensor that combine standard visible imaging, and infrared imaging in a single, compact and low power chip, allow easy integration of enhanced imaging and detection at low-cost.
IKTOS (France) - Iktos Robotics directly addresses core challenges in industrial AI automation: fragmented workflows, absence of truly autonomous end-to-end systems, and the need for AI-driven process optimisation in complex laboratory environments.
OTERA AI (Austria) - Otera's agentic automation platform directly addresses Industrial AI challenges by automating complex, document-heavy and knowledge-intensive business processes that are too nuanced for traditional rule-based automation.
XenomatiX (Belgium) - XenomatiX is pioneer in solid state Lidar, pointcloud edge AI and Lidar/camera sensor fusion.
Process Genius Oy (Finland) - Genius Core™ enables a holistic, spatially-aware view of industrial operations.
Roofline (Germany) - Roofline enables seamless deployment of modern AI workloads on edge devices.
Wattalps (France) - Wattalps' patented immersion cooling technology pushes the limits of classical li-ion batteries by increasing their life, performance and safety.
Robotwin (Czech Republic) - RoboTwin develops smart devices for robotization of production that allow workers to teach industrial robots without programming, quickly and flexibly.
Cubbit SRL (Italy) - Cubbit SRL develops the only European software-defined cloud object storage that allows customers to deploy their own cloud storage network
HQS (Germany) - HQS enables the industry to accelerate engineering simulation and lifecycle workflows by allowing domain experts to interact with simulation software through AI.
Nature Robots (Germany) - Nature Robots addresses the "autonomy gap" in unstructured industrial environments through HybridLoc, a spatial intelligence layer enabling deterministic localization where standard systems fail.
Terabee (France) - Terabee addresses the challenge of creating autonomous, sustainable, and highly efficient smart buildings.
