Last year, we asked the Siemens Xcelerator Community  where they stood on generative AI adoption . This year, we're going deeper.
Our 2026 research study —  The Human Factor: How the Industrial Workforce Is Experiencing AI and Automation  — explores what is actually happening inside industrial organizations as AI and automation become part of everyday work.
We're asking about workforce sentiment, organizational response, what leaders tend to underestimate, and where human-machine collaboration is genuinely working. Your perspective, as someone operating at the intersection of industry and innovation, is exactly what will make these findings worth reading.
 The survey  takes about 10–12 minutes to complete. All respondents receive a copy of the published findings.
