The Siemens "AI with Purpose" Summit 2025, held in Munich from May 20-21, was Europe's premier leadership event for industrial AI. It brought together over 900 industry and AI leaders to explore the transformative power of purpose-driven AI in achieving industrial value. The summit emphasized balancing the "hype, hope, and reality" of AI by focusing on tangible solutions and accelerating progress across mobility, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Key discussions centered on the development and deployment of advanced AI agents, fostering a collaborative industrial AI ecosystem, and ensuring the responsible and trustworthy implementation of AI to significantly enhance efficiency, sustainability, and societal progress.

This exclusive gathering served as a critical platform for innovators and decision-makers to delve into how artificial intelligence is genuinely driving change in industrial sectors. Vibrant, buzzing, energetic, inspiring, sound, honest – these were attributes used by many participants of the AI with Purpose Summit we hosted in Munich on May 20th/21st.

This event around industrial AI attracted close ~850 participants from discreet manufacturing, process industries and energy/utilities, enjoying and delivering close to 100 talks

around the future of AI, trust & regulation, people & culture, strategy & transformation, challenges around data, and scaling AI solutions in industrial environments.

Certainly, a conference highlight was the Industrial Award ceremony rewarding the best industrial AI start-ups (Pailot, plus10, beyondMath and blockbrain with the crowd award)

from a short list of 10. Besides the publicity related to our award, the winners will enjoy an “Siemens Xcelerator” package, helping to boost their business further.

Due to the honesty of the discussions (we curate the vast majority of the content), the vibrant environment of the House of Communication and the participant mix, this conference has by now become the leading industrial AI event in Europe. We are already excited for 2026!!
